At Kreate Tattoos & Art Studio LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of tattoo services available. We take safety and hygiene very seriously and have established a set of terms and conditions that must be followed for every service rendered.

All clients must be 18 years of age or older in order to receive a tattoo service from us. Clients under 18 must provide a Student ID or Birth Certificate, along with verbal and written consent from a parent before receiving any kind of tattoo service. We also require valid identification from all clients in order to verify their age and identity.

Late Appointments/No Shows are given a 20 minutes grace period. If no effort is made by the client to reach out to their Assign Artist, the appointment will be canceled and all deposits are Non-Refundable. If the client chooses to reschedule, a new deposit must be sent to the artist.

Tattoo sales are non-refundable due to the nature of the procedure. Tattoos are permanent, irreversible art forms that can not be undone or altered without additional procedures being performed. Any client considering a tattoo should consider the severity of this decision and ensure they are confident in their choice before committing to the procedure.

Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction with the outcome of a tattoo because it is impossible to guarantee results from an artistic procedure such as this. This policy applies to all clients regardless of their reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction with the outcome.

Tattoos may cause discomfort during and after the procedure and scarring may occur if proper aftercare is not followed. As a result, clients should be aware of any potential risks associated with getting a tattoo prior to undergoing the procedure.

We maintain strict health and safety standards at our shop, which include the use of single-use needles and other instruments. All needles used during the tattoo process are disposed of after each session, and all instruments are sterilized according to industry standards. Our staff is also trained in proper infection control procedures, such as proper hand washing techniques, cleaning surfaces with sanitizing solutions, changing gloves for each client session, etc., in order to prevent the spread of any infections or diseases while performing our services.

We respect your privacy and will never share your private information without your consent. However, we may need to share certain information with third parties if it is necessary for us to provide you access to our services or improve your experience while using them.

In addition, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any existing contractual agreement with a client at any time if we have reason to believe that they have violated any part of this policy statement or failed to provide adequate safety precautions when receiving a tattoo service from us. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline requests for tattoos that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive in nature.
